I Love New York

New York is a wonderful state and I would know! I’m a born and bred New Yorker and one of the things I’m always fighting people on is the reputation that people in New York aren’t friendly. Just look at me – I’m friendly! Anyway, I also keep hearing that real estate here is totally out of the bounds it’s so expensive and that’s just not true. I just bought my first place, a little one bedroom in Chelsea and it’s only costing me about 1.5 times more than my mortgage in Jersey before. I went to http://NewYorkEnergyRates.com and got a fixed rate energy and I negotiated in the security alarm with the building manager so if you ask me it’s all about what you can get out of it to help sweeten the deal. New Yorker’s know how to wheel and deal so if you want something in this market it kind of seems like all you have to do is ask. There’s always another place to live so people are flexible!
